Dubai Court Services

Power of attorney, notarisation and legal typing — prepared properly.

SRV-12 · Overview

Dubai Court Services in Dubai & the U.A.E.

Court documents are drafted in Arabic and are read literally. A power of attorney that omits a specific power does not implicitly grant it, and a claim that misstates a party's name gets returned. Precision here is not pedantry — it is the difference between a document that works and one that has to be redone at the notary.

We draft, type and notarise court documents daily, and we arrange notary attendance including at the shareholder's location where mobility or scheduling makes attending in person impractical.

Questions

Dubai Court — what clients ask

A general POA grants broad authority across a range of matters; a special POA grants named powers for a specific purpose, such as selling one property or managing one company. For most purposes a special POA is safer, because it limits what the attorney can do.

Yes. Revocation is done at the notary and the attorney must be formally notified. Until that is completed, the original POA remains valid — so revoke promptly rather than assuming it lapses.

Yes. The document is prepared here, then executed at the U.A.E. embassy in your country or notarised locally and attested through the standard chain. We coordinate both ends and tell you the sequence.
