Our role
We are a document clearing establishment. We prepare, submit and follow up applications on your behalf. We are not a law firm and nothing on this site is legal advice. Decisions on any application rest entirely with the relevant government authority.
Fees
Government fees and our service fee are quoted separately before work begins. Government fees are payable in full and are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted, regardless of the outcome.
Information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents and details you give us. Applications rejected because of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you may require a fresh government fee to resubmit.
Timelines
Any timeline we give is an estimate based on normal processing. Government departments may take longer, request additional documents, or change requirements without notice. We keep you informed when that happens.
