Trakhees Approvals in Dubai & the U.A.E.
Trakhees, the regulatory arm of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, governs licensing and construction approvals across a large slice of Dubai — including Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Maritime City, Jebel Ali and the surrounding development areas. If your premises sit inside one of those zones, Trakhees, not the Department of Economy, is who you answer to.
Their standards for health, safety and building compliance are stricter than the mainland equivalent, and submissions are rejected for detail that would pass elsewhere. We prepare files to that standard first time, and we know which section handles which approval.

Most rejections come down to fire and life safety detail, accessibility compliance, or a mismatch between the submitted drawing and the approved shell. We read the comment sheet, brief your consultant precisely, and resubmit.
Yes, provided they are registered with Trakhees. If they are not, we can handle their registration in parallel so it does not delay your permit.
