Tehseel Services in Dubai & the U.A.E.
Tehseel centres are the authorised channel for Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation transactions — work permits, labour contracts, quota requests, and the amendments that follow when an employee is promoted, transferred or leaves. The system is unforgiving: a mismatched job title or a single wrong digit in a passport number sends the file back and costs you days.
We prepare and submit these transactions daily. That means we already know which job titles map to which skill levels, which supporting documents each application type actually needs, and how to correct a rejection quickly instead of restarting it.

- Valid trade licence and establishment card
- Employee passport copy, photograph and educational certificate where the role requires it
- Signed offer letter or existing labour contract
- Current quota status from your MOHRE file

Transaction prepared
The application is typed at an approved Tehseel centre with the correct job title and skill classification.
SUBMITTED
Sent to MOHRE
Submitted with fees paid; if the ministry raises an objection we respond the same working day.
APPROVED
Permit issued
Approved permit or contract returned to you, with the expiry logged for renewal.

Tehseel Services — what clients ask
Tehseel centres process the labour transaction itself — permits, contracts and quotas. Tawjeeh centres deliver the mandatory awareness sessions for employers and employees. Many files need both, and we sequence them so neither holds up the other.
Usually. Quota rejections almost always trace back to the licence activity, office space, or the ratio of the roles requested. We read the rejection reason, correct the underlying issue and resubmit rather than filing the same request again.
Not for the work permit stage. The entry permit is issued while the employee is still abroad, and the remaining steps — medical, Emirates ID, visa stamping — happen after arrival. We plan the timeline around their travel date.
